The purpose of this program is to strengthen recovery organizations, their statewide network of recovery partners, and the specialty and primary healthcare systems in the delivery of Recovery Support Services (RSS). This is accomplished through structured collaboration, systems improvement, public health messaging, and targeted training for key recovery partners.
